“Be Memorable”

Recently I was “shooting” an event where the guests were preparing to meet with Parliamentarians on the hill. MP Valerie Bradford and Hon. Lisa Raitt were sharing their tips for a successful meeting. One of the tips they shared was to “be memorable”.

As if almost on cue, I leaned up against the wall and shut off the lights which caused me to draw some (unwanted) attention. Turning purple from embarrassment, I said “and now you will all remember me”.
